We have worked with Mercurius since March 2005 and purchased in excess of £3m worth of services. The services provided have been from individual resources to small project teams. We have worked with Mercurius as both an ad hoc supplier to full partner for SAP service deliveries. When working with them in any mode we have found service and communications to be excellent. Just as important to us as the service levels provided, we have found that Mercurius only commit what they can deliver; they have declined opportunities to work when service delivery would have been questionable. Business levels each year vary based upon our needs however we would expect to continue utilising their services into the future and consider them part of our solution capability.
